*Work Schedule* Standard (Mon-Fri)*Environmental Conditions* Office*Job Description* *Position Summary**:* This outstanding opportunity as the Inside Sales Director - Band 9 will allow you to lead an ambitious pan-European sales team.
You will drive growth among small, mid-sized, and remote customers, applying data and digital tools to strictly optimize sales efficiency and performance.
*Your responsibilities:* In conjunction with the Vice President, Commercial Operations Europe, set and achieve or exceed sales and margin targets through new business wins and share of wallet growth.
* Drive digital campaigns, prioritize key customer interactions, and improve sales team efficiency.
* Develop and implement pan-European processes and standard work protocols.
* Collaborate with Sr Segment Directors to bring segment strategies to bear on the customer base.
* Identify sub-segment trends and work with marketing and strategic pricing to develop and launch campaigns that optimize opportunities and improve team focus.
* Embrace digital tools and automation to improve overall sales and efficiency.
* Collaborate with suppliers to gain value and support specific to the Inside & Digital Sales team.
* Accountable for the engagement, performance, compensation, and development of the team.
* Manage daily, monthly, quarterly and long-term sales metrics and forecasting processes for assigned teams.
* Drive overall execution of sales goals, including establishing and maintaining business plans within each territory.
* Partner with the new Business Development team to build and assess target lists for business development.
* Own the execution against targets and maintain a detailed understanding of market dynamics that impact plans/strategies.
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales Efficiency to establish standard operating procedures and implement tools to improve sales efficiency.
*Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Science or business is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
* Experience within the industry preferred; 10+ years of successful sales/business management experience.
* Understanding all aspects of the distribution business model, including Services.
* Established proficiency in leadership, sales, digital tools & technology, presentation, and a discerning business sense for financial and profitability drivers.
* Excellent communication skills and use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint vital * Travel across Europe (30-50%) and to attend regional, national or international meetings.

* Proven record of achievement in a role which has required influencing and/or leading directly/indirectly the activity of others to gain positive results.
