Job summary Important note for candidates unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role and the minimum number of hours available per week is We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable colleagues with Health and / or Social Care experience who can contribute to the care of our patients with kindness, compassion and empathy.The ward at Melton Community Hospital is led by nurses and you will work under their guidance as part of a very caring team.
You will be supported to complete the Care Certificate if you do not already hold this and we actively encourage on-going development.The post will provide cover on a rota basis over a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week service.
The ward provides sub-acute care, palliative care and complex rehabilitation and is one of thirteen wards which form the Trusts Inpatient Community Health Services Division.You are welcome to visit during the application process to give you an insight into the role.

Main duties of the job Undertaking clinical observations and providing clinical care as delegated.Supporting our patients in maintaining their health, well-being and independence.Providing personal care.Accurately recording patient information.Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
