Job summary The Inpatient Booking Coordinator will be working amongst a small team under the UHBW surgery division.
This team collectively books all inpatient bookings, such as surgeries for adults and children across the Bristol Dental Hospital and the main site.
In this role, you will work closely with clinicians, the management team and with the outpatient booking team to ensure service provision across inpatients and outpatients is coherent for a good patient experience.
This is a full time role, 5 days a week, over Monday- Friday.

Main duties of the job The key skills in this role are to manage the elective waitlists in accordance with the appropriate policies and processes, like the Patient Access Policy and the Referral to Treatment (RTT) guidance.The post-holder is expected to have great communicate skills, be a team player, have an aptitude to learn, take initiative and escalate key issues to relevant teams.This is a full time role, 5 days a week, over Monday- Friday.
