This role will bridge several areas of the business, from the operational innovation to the product delivery of major financial initiatives.
The position holder will be supporting the designers and planners by ensuring that the proposed solutions meet client expectations and are optimised in theory to work as efficiently as possible.
Your Role and Responsibilities While in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to: Supporting the Delivery and Project Managers with the development of new and existing solutions, including managing the governance of pilots to control delivery and managing risk Providing support for the development and delivery of project plans Working alongside suppliers to ensure the satisfactory readiness and delivery of projects, as well as inputting into the supplier management process through feedback on supplier reviews Constantly reviewing data on solution performance to ascertain scaled roll-out suitability across the business Diving new solutions for the business where it is required, backed up by customer data regarding needs and by market information to demonstrate how possible solutions can meet customer needs Taking an active role in the development of processes for operations to enable pilot solutions for scaled deployment throughout the business network Providing support in managing the innovation budget and processes, including raising purchase orders and validating invoices Managing, documenting and preventing possible risks associated with the innovation and operations functions What Will You Need To Apply: Ideally, what this business is looking for is experienced operational professionals, with excellent change management exposure.
It would be preferable for the applicant to have financial services or banking industry exposure, although this is not essential.
It is highly important for any applicant to have exceptionally strong communication skills as there will be expectation to manage stakeholder expectations and liaise with numerous parties on a daily basis.
You should have excellent business acumen and be able to provide insightful business analysis and advice to underpin important project decision making.
No two days may be the same, so an adaptable, quick thinker whose worked within an agile environment will excel in this role.
What Will You Get In Return: For this outstanding opportunity, there is a competitive salary on offer, which will be highly dependent on the level of experience and industry exposure possessed by the successful applicant.
This will accompany a fantastic remuneration package including an above market rate and highly desirable pension contribution, over 15%; there will also be a great holiday allowance, plus the additional bank holidays on top.
Alongside this, the applicant will be eligible to earn an attractive bonus if targets are met.
This role is completely remote, with the possibility for the odd bit of travel here and there if required.
