The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure (data centers, cloud solutions, networking, etc.
), and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in IT infrastructure services and solutions.
Generate leads through networking, cold calls, industry events, and market research.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to target prospective clients in specific verticals or regions.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT managers, procurement teams, etc.).
Understand client needs and tailor infrastructure solutions to address their challenges.
3.Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized IT infrastructure solutions.
Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
4.Market and Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Use insights to identify new opportunities and position the company's offerings effectively.
5.Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key achievements to leadership.
6.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue objectives.
Track and report performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud solutions, networking, storage, and data centers.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
