As Infrastructure Manager, you will: Shape IT Operations: Design and manage hybrid IT environments, leveraging Azure cloud services and ensuring robust networking with tools such as WatchGuard firewalls and UniFi systems.
Lead the Service Desk: Inspire a dedicated team to provide outstanding support.
Streamline processes with Jira Service Management and maintain high standards through SLAs and KPIs.
Drive Cybersecurity Excellence: Implement forward-thinking security measures, establish IT policies, and lead disaster recovery planning to safeguard operations.
Support Business Growth: Align IT strategies with retail goals, and play a vital role in the expansion of retail outlets across the UK.
Manage Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on long-term IT plans, oversee budgets, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Who we're looking for: Proven leadership in managing technical teams and infrastructure in high-pressure environments.
At least 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, with expertise in cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
