Nigel Frank Recruitment is hiring on behalf of an organisation seeking an experienced Infrastructure specialist to lead their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in cloud and on-premise infrastructure to step into a key leadership role.

Role Overview: As the Infrastructure Manager , you will be responsible for the strategic management and optimisation of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its seamless operation across both cloud and on-premise environments.
You will oversee the maintenance, performance, and security of the entire infrastructure, while leading a talented team of IT professionals.
Your role will be integral to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at achieving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall IT infrastructure strategy for both cloud and on-premise environments.
Oversee the maintenance, operation, and optimisation of infrastructure systems and services.
Implement and monitor IT security protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Continuously monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Manage and support a team of IT professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, including cloud service providers, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Manage infrastructure-related budgets and resources to support business objectives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.
Oversee and drive projects related to infrastructure, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Required Experience & Skills: Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Infrastructure role.
In-depth experience with Azure Cloud , VMware virtualization , Cisco networking , and Microsoft Cloud Services .
Strong understanding of infrastructure performance, security, and compliance best practices.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and productivity.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering infrastructure projects.
Project Management experience is beneficial.
