Infrastructure Architect – North West – Hybrid Working
£83k plus 15% bonus 11% pension plus additional benefits.
Infrastructure Architect required for this North West based organisation who will be responsible for developing, designing and supporting an enterprise level private cloud environment that has multiple data centres.
As the Infrastructure Architect you will work in the Cloud platform team, working in both the private and public cloud space.
You will have HLD and LLD work as part of your remit ensuring they align with business requirements and Technology Architectures.
Whilst the role primarily focuses on existing Infrastructure services, it is envisaged that the role will evolve over time to take on more Cloud related skills with AWS.
As the Infrastructure architect working in collaboration with cloud architects and the wider architecture team you will be responsible for the private infrastructure cloud architecture work including partnering with analysts, engineers and third parties to design and assure enterprise level solutions across operational real time systems and non-operational corporate systems.
As the Infrastructure Architect you will partner with the business, technology teams and 3rd party to deliver infrastructure architecture solutions against the aligned strategy.
Ideally you will have come from an infrastructure background and worked for a company that has a cloud solution with a hybrid model in place.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience with some of the following:
Owning, Designing and delivering technical infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
Infrastructure experience in software defined infrastructure, network or cloud.
Experience authoring high level designs, low level designs and configuration plans.
Hyperconverged server infrastructure VMWare VCF, vSAN or Nutanix / Cisco ACI Togaf or equivalent Infrastructure engineering experience Data centres Stakeholder management and engagement skills.
