Infra Fund, Pe Funds Senior Legal Counsel, 7+

Our client is an alternative asset manager looking to appoint an experienced private equity/alternative funds lawyer to join its legal team in London.
In this role you will advise on a broad range of work including:
Product design/fund structuring and launches (including blind pool funds, single asset funds, managed accounts, co-investments, direct investments) of illiquid funds;Fund raising activities;Negotiating with a range of professional investors (sovereign wealth funds, public and private pension schemes, insurance schemes, family offices, high net worth individuals).You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have ideally already made the move in-house to an infrastructure or private equity fund and have a minimum of 5 years' PQE advising on (ideally) sustainability infrastructure such as Forestry, Renewable Energy & Infrastructure, Real Estate.
