Junior IT Technician Up to £26,300 Bristol – Onsite We are representing a prestigious business based in Clifton, Bristol, that values integrity, spirit, and resilience.
They are looking for a Senior IT Technician to join their enterprise level IT department.
As the IT Technician, you will perform remote and onsite support to customers through a ticketing system, resolving incidents and service requests quickly and efficiently.
You will gain exposure to a range of technologies and have the opportunity to further develop your skills.
We are looking for: Excellent customer service skills Tech savvy individuals, ideally with a technical background/education Knowledge of Active Directory It would be a bonus if you had: Experience with the Google software suite Experience supporting hardware including PCs, phones, and printers This is a great entry level opportunity for someone looking to get into the IT industry.
