Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a passion for IT integration and user support?
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge systems, identify improvements, and support the team with their IT operations across multiple European locations.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with employees across European locations to understand current systems and structures.
Identify system inefficiencies and troubleshoot issues.
Manage master data, including mass data updates, pricing uploads, and customer master data creation.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and synchronization across various system environments.
Work with internal and external development teams to design and implement software changes.
Seamlessly integrate new software and hardware changes.
Monitor and identify potential system failures, ensuring a bug-free user experience.
Log and document technological developments for future reference in client projects.
Support testing for system enhancements and new project implementations.
Document existing standards and processes to assist in training and development.
Investigate sales order issues in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
What We're Looking For: Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong IT background with proven qualifications and experience.
ERP experience (SAP preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve team goals.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to submit incidents and change requests, supporting the business with required procedures.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
SAP Master Data Management experience.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Production.
Proficiency in another EU language is an advantage.
Education & Experience: Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within a busy environment.
