Our client is looking for Help desk to join a high-growth organization.
If you are interested share you resume ****** Role: Help desk specialist Location: London, UK (Onsite 5day/Week) Duration: Contract Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on macOS,JAMF and Apple hardware.
Proficiency with macOS and experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Jamf Pro, Mosyle, or Kandji.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and DNS.
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Apple Support (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, AppleScript) for automation and configuration.
Knowledge of cross-platform support (Windows, Linux) and experience working in mixed device environments.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support end users at all technical levels.
