About the Role:
My client are seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join their dynamic team in Worcester.
You'll provide first-line support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with system installations and updates.
Maintain accurate documentation of support tasks.
Onboarding new clients Requirements:
1-2 years of IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows and basic networking.
Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of WordPress (preferred but not essential).
