Information Technology Support Engineer

Location: Reading, UK
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
My client are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer with solid experience in Office 365 and Azure to join their growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Office 365 and Azure environments.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues, including networking and server support.
Assist with IT project implementation and provide on-site support as needed.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Office 365 and Azure .
MSP experience preferred.
Familiarity with Windows environments and networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Relevant certifications (e.g.
Microsoft) are a plus.
