Role: IT Support EngineerLocation: LlandudnoSalary: £25,000 per yearPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:To identify and fix hardware and software issues.To maintain a first-rate standard of customer service and make sure that every customer is handled Effectively and appropriately by accurately recording, updating, and documenting requests utilising the help desk system.If required, carry out software deployment and installation on computer systems.Update process definitions, procedures, and technical documentation.Help the infrastructure team with infrastructure and network projects, including system and hardware administration.
