Information Technology Support Engineer

Brio Digital are currently supporting a Legal Firm based in Leeds who are on the look out for a 1st Line Support Engineer with a year or two's experience udner their belt.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to customers, responding to queries via phone, email, and support tickets.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft software, including Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved issues to second-line support or senior engineers.
Ensure that all service requests are handled efficiently, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft environments for clients.
Stay up to date with Microsoft product updates and common troubleshooting techniques.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.).
Proven experience in providing first-line support in an IT environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Previous experience working with ticketing systems or helpdesk software is desirable.
Salary; Up-to £27,000
