IT Support Engineer - 3 days work from home, 2 days in office Competitive salary on offer with a 10% bonus Our client, a leading IT Solutions provider with a strong UK and European presence, is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their team.
This position requires a proactive, hands-on professional who combines technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Qualifications: Strong knowledge with operating systems and networking technologies, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure, Hyper-V, and VMware Strong experience in 2nd and 3rd Line Support, capable of resolving advanced technical issues and supporting escalated cases that require in-depth troubleshooting and analysis Strong telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care skills, along with the ability to empathise with clients and build rapport Skilled in gathering technical information, troubleshooting, and conducting technical discovery Experience with user and domain administration, as well as networking maintenance Familiarity with Autodesk software used in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing (2D/3D) environments is advantageous Quick to learn new technologies, capable of handling multiple tasks, and able to adapt swiftly to changing demands Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment What's on Offer: A competitive salary and benefits package, including a 10% annual bonus, structured talent processes, individual development plans, and an open-door culture that encourages team members to voice ideas and influence company direction.
