Information Technology Project Manager

** Please note - This contract is inside of IR35** We are searching for an experienced IT Project Manager to take on an upgrade project for one of our client's Operationally Critical Services.
This role involves overseeing the deployment of application and software solutions as part of a project to replace critical hardware.
Responsibilities: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Manage the deployment of software or applications into an operational environment where the project is critical to the day-to-day operations of the business.
Demonstrate exceptional planning skills, ensuring every phase of the project is meticulously organised and executed.
Manage a small team of approximately six people, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies, ensuring they are effectively mitigated and communicated to stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage third-party vendors, ensuring their deliverables are aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring financial targets are met.
Provide regular financial reporting and forecasting to stakeholders.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external parties, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.
