Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extensions.
This role offers hybrid working, based in either Northampton or Glasgow, with the flexibility to work in the office 2 or more days per week.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to successful delivery Oversee budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication across teams Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and escalations Provide strategic thinking to support digital and technology-driven change initiatives Conduct in-depth reporting, analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership Implement change and transformation strategies in alignment with business objectives Ensure adherence to corporate governance, risk controls, and compliance standards Conduct cost-benefit analysis (CBA) to inform decision-making Coordinate project resources and manage timelines effectively Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in managing IT projects, with strong project management expertise Strong business acumen and the ability to align IT projects with organizational goals Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Experience with digital and technology change management Ability to handle risk and issue escalation in complex project environments Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and controls within IT projects If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects with a leading organization, apply now!
