Information Technology Project Coordinator/ It Project Support

Position: IT Project Support Coordinator/ Project Coordinator (12-month FTC)
Location: Northwich
Salary: £30-40k
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
My client based in Northwich is looking for an IT Project Coordinator/ IT Project Support Coordinator to join the team for a 12 month FTC.
The successful candidate will be assisting with a Datacentre Migration project so any previous Datacentre Migration experience would be highly desirable.

The IT Project Coordinator/ IT Project Support Coordinator will be creating documentation and driving improvements across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities include: Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
Programme Support: Assist with reporting, documentation, and collateral for governance and steering committees.
Project Management: Support processes like scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, and stakeholder management.
Multi-tasking: Handle multiple inputs simultaneously.
Project Completion: Manage resources to ensure timely project completion.
Quality Reviews: Conduct gate and quality assurance reviews with the programme manager.
Previous experience working within the financial services industry is preferable but not essential.

Knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques along with a strong understanding of delivery frameworks including as AGILE, PRINCE and Waterfall.
