IT Engineer Salary: £24k
Location: Meriden (Hybrid working)
Role Profile We are seeking a skilled and proactive 2nd Line IT Engineer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to clients and ensuring swift and effective resolutions to IT challenges.

This position will involve both remote troubleshooting and occasional travel to client sites, so a commitment to customer service and flexibility with travel is essential.

Technical Support : Provide 2nd line support for a wide range of IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the 1st line team to ensure smooth handovers and assist with complex technical queries.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, solutions, and client interactions in the support ticketing system.
Onsite Assistance : Travel to client sites as needed to provide hands-on support for hardware and software installations, configurations, and other technical tasks.
Deliver exceptional customer service during onsite visits, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
System Maintenance & Improvement : Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and patch management for client systems to enhance performance and security.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new hardware, software, and networks.
Participate in planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
