Your responsibilities will include: - Providing 2nd line support to clients, both remotely and onsite.
- Acting as an escalation point for 1st line support analysts.
- Handling hardware support, maintenance, and network/telephony troubleshooting.
- Collaborating on IT projects and delivering solutions that align with customer needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure the best customer journey.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a well-rounded IT Support Engineer with solid experience in 2nd line support who's ready for a role offering variety and challenge.
You'll need a passion for delivering outstanding service, coupled with the desire to grow your technical knowledge across multiple areas.Experience in the following areas would be beneficial: - Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop environments.
- Virtualization platforms (e.G., Hyper-V or VMware).
- Networking fundamentals, including firewalls and server platforms.
- Backup solutions, remote desktop services, and communications tools.
- Basic troubleshooting across Unix/Mac platforms.
