Person Specification Qualifications Essential Evidence of Degree level education or equivalent.
Information Governance or Data Protection Qualification Experience Essential Previous experience in an NHS Information Governance setting.
Additional Criteria Essential Expert knowledge and understanding in the principles of the Data Protection Act, GDPR, Freedom of Information Act, NHS Code of Confidentiality, EIR and other IG legislation.
Expert knowledge of Caldicott Principles, Patient Confidentiality, Information Security, Records Management and Information Sharing.
