Influencer Strategist – Gaming & Tech - [Midweight to Senior, UK / US East, Full Time, Remote] Heaven Media is a leading creative marketing agency that specializes in the video game & tech industries.

The Role: Reporting directly to the Creative Strategy Lead, the Influencer Strategist will be fully responsible for global Influencer proposals- working end to end as a core member of the Data & Strategy team to create influencer marketing strategies.
Your role will be to deliver end to end influencer proposals for our clients & potential clients, within this you must be able to independently deliver a full data driven influencer strategy proposal, inclusive of strategic direction, creative concepts, suggestions for influencers and KPI's aligned to the client's brief, on time and on budget.
Within the role, you will be expected to outreach to various influencers and talent agencies as part of our proposals, as to gather initial rates.
Main Responsibilities: Lead Influencer strategy on proposals, acting as to go-to strategic expert on content creators Analyse proposal briefs to effectively outline and plan out responses that answer client requirements Work with teams across the business to create a cohesive plan that meets the goals and priorities outlined in the pitch brief Using CreatorIQ and other software to lead Influencer Discovery – finding, analysing and summarising key influencer creators who fit authentically into client marketing campaigns Outreach to influencers and talent agencies, to find rates on new talent and incorporate these into proposals Work with other new business members to create a pitch proposal to meet the goals and priorities of the pitch brief – owning creation of the proposal deck from end to end Take ownership of the calculation of expected performance metrics and estimate costs based on the influencer discovery and the proposed content strategy Have a strong understanding of the latest creator platforms, primarily YouTube, Twitch, IG, and TikTok, with specific experience across mainstream gaming, and technology.
Stay up to date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends to ensure the company's services remain competitive and innovative.
Identify emerging platforms and influencer opportunities that can be integrated into proposals and pitches.
Lead pitches, both remote (with webcam) and in person.
Essential Skills & Experience Required: In-depth experience in Influencer Marketing.
Experience working within an agency environment or similar.
Have a background in gaming/tech Good understanding of lifestyle influencers.
Have a strong understanding of the culture of influencers.
Experienced in understanding and strategically analysing briefs, relying on instinct and industry knowledge Highly experienced in creating strategic proposals in slideshow format, with an eye for proposal design Must be a strong and succinct writer Highly skilled in time management.
Be comfortable leading pitches on camera.
Have a remote work setting with minimal distractions.
Be just as comfortable working independently as you are working with a team.
Experienced with Microsoft 365 – Must have extensive experience and ability with Powerpoint Experienced with CreatorIQ or other similar creator management software, ability with GWI or other data software also a bonus Experience with outreach to influencers & talent agencies To Apply: Send CV and salary expectations to: ******
