Industrial Relations Consultant

Industrial Relations Consultant I am currently working with one of the Government bodies based in Reading and they are looking for an experienced HR Manager having Strong industrial relation/Trade Union/large industrial site experience come onboard and join their established team.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities- • Strong industrial relation/Trade Union/large industrial site experience required.
• Good working knowledge of employment law.
• Managerial business skills • Strong stakeholder engagement • Experience of drafting documents & agreements.
• Strong analytical skills, able to resolve pay & cost queries.
• Able to communicate with front line – not a standard HR/desk-based role.
• Strong MS Office skills To be successful in this position you need previous strong Industrial working experience background covering all areas of Human resources management and in return company is providing a competitive day rate.
