Are you experienced in Industrial Pipe Fitting ?
Do you understand the differences between various plastic pressure pipework and/or metal pipework ?
If so, this role could be for you.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Pipe Fitter to set down their tools and work within the office environment.
You will be providing technical quotes for Industrial Piping customers and have the responsibility for the end to end sales order process including picking the product.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual as they will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between various teams.
MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN INDUSTRIAL PIPEWORK EITHER IN PLASTIC OR METAL!
Benefits: Salary up to £32,000 DOE Company pension On-site parking Sick pay Bereavement leave Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts Maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients.
Prepare sales reports and presentations to provide insights into performance metrics and trends.
Liaise with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing an exceptional service.
Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects.
Support the development of sales strategies by conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a sales support role within Industrial Pipefitting or a background as a Industrial Pipefitter is essential.
Experience in water treatment, chemical, manufacturing or process industries.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically.
