Industrial Painting Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painting Supervisor to work with our client based in Bristol.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 staff operating shot blasting and industrial painting equipment to treat and coat surfaces for various industrial applications.
This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Hours Mon Thurs 0715 16.30/ Fri 0745 12.30 Overtime available all week all paid at premium rates Key Responsibilities: Operate shot blasting equipment to clean, prepare, and finish surfaces according to project specifications.
Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared for coating, painting, or other applications.
Supervising priming and painting processes for medium to heavy fabrications Inspect equipment regularly and perform routine maintenance as needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements: Demonstrable background in industrial shotblasting/ Painting Proficiency in operating shot blasting equipment and related tools.
Knowledge of industrial spray painting equipment Strong Man Management experience Ability to interpret project specifications and work orders.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
