Who would suit this model?
- Experienced 360 recruitment consultants, Recruitment Managers/ Executive Search Consultants in any location in the UK who are interested in owning their own business - You can be from any recruitment sector/ market specialism, recruiting to any industry as long as there is a business case.
You will be unlikely to make a business case in very high compliance high risk industries like medical and eduation.
- Someone who has been thinking about whether they should work for themselves and earn more money but aren't fancying doing it alone isolated and having to do all the boring back office work - Ideally you will have done Business development before and have proven success winning your own clients as you will need to do this in order to build a client base.
- You do not need to know how to set up a recruitment business to do this - You do not need to have been a director before - You can do Perm, contract temp or retained recruitment on this model.
