Independent Prescriber – Bradford

We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join our Bradford team.
This position involves delivering expert patient care while managing treatment plans independently.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat patients within your prescribing scope.
Provide consultations for acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe medication and oversee treatment plans.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications: Independent Prescribing qualification.
Registration with the GPhC or HCPC (depending on profession).
Experience in a clinical setting with prescribing responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills.
