Hexagon Housing Association is on a continuous journey to improve the quality of our services, and the way we engage with our residents; we have recently refreshed our Resident Engagement Strategy.
We are now seeking two Independent Committee Members to join our Customer Services Committee.
This key role plays a meaningful part in enhancing resident experiences and overall service quality.
Our Customer Service Committee has responsibility for overseeing and scrutinising the quality and performance of customer facing services, and the way in which we engage with residents.
We are looking for candidates who share our passion for improving the lives of those within our community, and can bring customer service skills from inside and outside of the Social Housing sector.
This is an ideal role for someone who has held a senior customer services role and wants to meaningfully contribute to improving Hexagon's service delivery.
Remuneration for the role is £1,500 per year.
The committee meets online in the late afternoon/early evening four to six times a year, with occasional ad-hoc virtual meetings if needed.
Independent Members will also be required to attend in person Board away days held twice a year.
