Independent Financial Advisor

Up to £75k DOE | Hybrid | Barnstaple Independent Financial Advisor opportunity for leading and growing wealth management firm.
As an IFA, you will assist clients in understanding and managing their financial goals by providing personalised advice and creating strategic financial plans to help them achieve independence.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IFA who excels in client relationships and business development.
The role offers a hybrid working model, 2 days a week in the office and visiting clients as required.
Key Responsibilities of the IFA: Achieve fee income targets and manage client relationships effectively Develop new business by networking with clients, introducers, and professionals Ensure timely, compliant delivery of advice and management information Conduct in-depth client reviews and provide ongoing financial planning Requirements of the IFA: A Diploma in Financial Planning (or FCA-approved equivalent) as a minimum qualification A passion for networking and attracting new clients Excellent interpersonal skills Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays An extra day off for your Birthday Employee Assistance Programme Enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay Workplace pension Loyalty in service bonus Discounted financial support/advice 2 company socials per year If you are a highly motivated Independent Financial Advisor with demonstrable experience, able to demonstrate writing a minimum of £60k per year, this is the role for you.
