Inclusive Classroom Support Worker

Leader Education are recruiting a support worker to work at an SEN School based in Leeds .
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have special educational needs including complex care, autism, speech and language and other needs .
The school caters for children from 5 years to 18 years.
The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 4pm The successful candidate will have: Strong classroom management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes Desirable skills - Makaton, PECS, BSL experience Leader Education can offer: Competitive pay rates Refer a friend or colleague bonus scheme: £100 per referral (terms apply) Free CPD including Team Teach A dedicated consultant to answer any queries and for ongoing support Potential permanent contract after a qualifying period Interested candidates are invited to submit a comprehensive CV outlining their teaching experience, qualifications which are relevant to this role.
