A new, exciting opening has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to work In-House for one of the largest commercial and consumer collections businesses in the UK.

It's a fantastic time to join, the company is growing, and this will only add to the scope of the role.
The key element of the position is to provide a comprehensive and compliant conveyancing service within a recoveries environment.

Main responsibilities will include: -
Verifying legal titles to freehold and leasehold properties and be able to identify title/property issues.
Understanding the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.
Manage a workload effectively and ensure that files are run in an orderly manner This role will suit a junior fee earning conveyancer who is looking to move in-house and expand their knowledge in this area.
