Job Title: In-House RecruiterLocation: Office based in Ringwood, Hampshire with some travel required ?About the jobThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, growing business, playing a key role in ensuring we continue to attract and engage the very best talent in the market to ensure our continued success.Our In-House Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of a number of roles across the Churchill Group.
Coordinating the process from taking an initial vacancy brief, to conducting telephone interviews, organising face to face interviews, and managing the offer process.It is important to us that our candidates have the very best experience throughout the recruitment process, and our In-House Recruiter will help to upskill and coach our hiring managers to achieve this whilst ensuring that the best hiring decisions are made every time.Typical tasks will include, but are not limited to,Taking a vacancy brief from hiring managers and agreeing a timetable for recruitmentDrafting engaging adverts and posting these across relevant job boardsSifting CVs and screening candidates, ensuring that the best talent is presented to hiring managersBuilding and maintaining rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment processCoordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managersProcessing job offers via the ATSWorking collaboratively with our internal marketing team on website and social media campaignsReviewing metrics to improve the recruitment process including: quality of hire, time to offer and direct hire rate?About youThe successful person will have previous experience in recruitment within a busy and fast paced environment.
Whether you have experience of working in agency or an in-house role it is important that you take a proactive approach to engaging talent and pride yourself on providing an excellent candidate experience.You will be confident in advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening CVs to assess suitability, performing telephone interviews and supporting hiring managers in making great hiring decisions.You will have experience of working on multiple vacancies of the same type, so previous experience in a volume based recruitment role would be advantageous.Our In-House Recruiter will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build rapport with ease and be confident talking with people at all levels.You will be joining a highly successful HR team who all work together in support of one another to help the business and our people achieve their goals.?How you will be rewardedBy joining Churchill Living you will be part of a Company that really cares, and we are proud to offer a wide range of benefits.
