In House Property Litigation Lawyer - Part Time

THE ROLE
A solicitor with contentious housing management and property litigation experience is sought to join a busy in house legal team
With experience gained in-house or in private practice, you will be expected to lead the in-house provision of legal services.

ABOUT YOU
A strong track record in contentious housing and property matters including housing management, residential landlord and tenant and or service charges is essential.

You should have excellent communication skills, and generate confidence and respect with a wide variety of audiences.

A driving licence and vehicle is also required for business use (business mileage will be paid at the prevailing rate in line with company policy).
