In-House Legal - Hybrid - up to £70k What you will be doing: As an In-House Legal, you will oversee corporate company law, provide accountancy support to senior management, and offer reliable secretarial services to the board of directors.
You will also manage corporate governance matters, Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), policies, contracts, and AGM and Board member communications.
