A leading international bank is seeking a capital markets lawyer at AVP/VP banding.
The postholder will be responsible for supporting the business from a legal perspective on a range of debt capital market transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known name in international banking and to play a key role in capital markets transactions.

Applications are expected to demonstrate the following:
Junior to mid level qualified solicitors with UK experience from international law firms
Some experience of the following: Debt capital markets, securitisations, structured finance, banking transactions
Excellent communication skills and commercial mindset with the ability to build effective internal relationships with key stakeholders
