Role Overview: To support the Customer Engagement & Customer Care Teams to provide exceptional customer experiences to prospective, new and existing customers.
The role will involve managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, including delivering demonstrations to upskill customers on our learner management system, updating CRM and other administrative sales tasks What Were Looking For: Engagement Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, enthusiastic and passionate about helping people Support: Deliver excellent customer service for new and existing customers via email, phone and virtually.
Qualifications: Ideally GCSEs above grade C to include English and ICT Knowledge: Excellent office/IT skills:able to use MS word, MS excel, Google/Microsoft docs, spreadsheets and email.
Problem-Solving: Understand existing customers' challenges and build solutions to help overcome them.
