Import Export Coordinator

Role: Multimodal Operator - Project Specialist (Oil & Gas) Salary: circa £33,000 + bonus + benefits Location: Aberdeen Work Pattern: Monday - Friday (09.00 - 17:30) Role Duties: Review and verify purchase order details from customers Provide exceptional customer service as expected of a Global Freight Forwarder Liaise with suppliers regarding goods readiness dates and terms of sale Arrange collections and deliveries of shipments Organise cargo packing when required Request, receive, and check export documents from suppliers Consolidate cargo for export across all modes of transport Book space with carriers for shipments Complete export and import documentation Maintain and update internal and external tracking systems Perform other duties as required for the position Requirements: Understanding of international air, sea, and road freight forwarding, as well as industrial projects Experience with UK customs procedures Proficiency in French or other European languages (preferred) Some commercial experience (preferred) Demonstrated experience with heavy sea freight and project cargo (preferred) Experience in onshore/offshore wind farm projects (advantageous) Any experience with air or sea freight charters If you feel this is the right move for you, apply today!
