Key Responsibilities: Manage ocean freight imports from start to finish Coordinate with shipping lines and transport providers Handle import documentation (bills of lading, customs entries, invoices) Ensure compliance with UK/international regulations Provide timely shipment updates to clients Maintain accurate records and assist with invoicing Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean freight or import/export operations Strong knowledge of customs procedures and freight documentation Excellent organisational and communication skills Proficiency in freight management systems and Microsoft Office
