What We're Looking For: We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Imports Administrator with strong administrative skills, a great eye for detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
While experience in shipping or logistics is beneficial, it's not essential - what matters most is your ability to manage your workload, communicate effectively, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities: Communicating with clients and suppliers via phone and email, offering updates, resolving queries, and handling complaints.
Managing and uploading jobs to our internal system with efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinating courier deliveries, including obtaining Proof of Delivery (POD), processing requests, and resolving any related queries.
Tracking containers and providing clients with timely updates, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.
