Implementation Programme Manager Remote JGA are delighted to be working with a leader in the HR & Payroll solutions space, who are looking to add a Implementation Programme Manager to the team.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Partnership: Collaborate with customer managers to ensure on-time, high-quality, and on-budget delivery.
Programme Planning: Develop and maintain detailed programme plans using standard methodologies.
Coordination and Transition: Manage activities to align with the programme plan and ensure smooth transitions to live service.
Performance Management: Report on programme performance to customers and stakeholders, including Executive Teams.
Team Management: Onboard, coach, and support programme resources, handling execution issues.
Resource Provision: Ensure necessary resources for each project phase.
Governance Meetings: Facilitate governance meetings and progress updates.
Risk and Issue Management: Mitigate and resolve programme risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
Continuous Improvement: Enhance implementation methodologies based on lessons learned and best practices.
Essential Skills: Leadership Experience: Proven experience in large-scale implementations with budgets over £1m and managing teams of 25,000+ employees.
Programme Management: Expertise in managing KPIs, objectives, financials, planning, and stakeholder engagement, including C-Suite.
Complex Programme Oversight: Managing multi-workstream projects across various stakeholders.
Commercial Acumen: Support commercial teams in pricing and sales pipeline management.
Team Leadership: Leading and influencing multi-disciplinary teams.
Methodology Expertise: Apply and advise on appropriate methods, tools, and processes.
Strategic Influence: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence strategy.
Risk Management: Expert in identifying and resolving critical risks and issues.
Development Focus: Support development opportunities for self and team members.
Industry Experience: Preferably experienced in HR & Payroll software, financial technology/services, or outsourcing.
