We've partnered with a well known UK payments business who are looking for a dynamic Client Solutions/Implementation Manager to join their Product team, ensuring smooth pre-sales, implementation, and integration for their corporate customers in the Hospitality space.
The Role In this cross-functional role, you'll be the key point of contact for corporate customers, guiding them through the pre-sales, implementation, and integration stages.
You'll collaborate with both internal teams and clients to deliver seamless, customized payment solutions.
This is a hybrid role requiring both technical expertise and excellent customer-facing skills to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Act as the technical lead in pre-sales discussions, demonstrating the capabilities and value of our payment solutions to corporate clients.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new corporate accounts, ensuring smooth integration with client systems.
- Collaborate closely with corporate customers to understand their unique needs and tailor payment solutions to meet those requirements.
- Oversee the entire customer journey from initial consultation through to post-implementation support, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and continued partnership.
- Work alongside internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet technical and operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the implementation and integration process.
Key Requirements - Proven experience in a client-facing solutions or implementation role within payments technology or related fields.
- Strong technical understanding of payment solutions and their integration with corporate systems, particularly in the Hospitality, F&B, or Retail sectors.
- Hands-on experience in pre-sales, solution design, and leading technical implementations for large, complex accounts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights for customers.
- Experience working with businesses that provide technical services or hardware to corporate clients in Hospitality, F&B, or Retail.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects and customers at once.
