Job Description We have an exciting opening in our Implementation team as an Implementation Coordinator, based in Esher.
Healix International provides an end-to-end service to policyholders who are taken ill abroad and need medical assistance or advice possibly leading to evacuation to another country where better medical facilities are available.
The Implementation team, in liaison with Sales, IT and Operations is responsible for overseeing the smooth on-boarding of new clients, schemes and services.  Key Relationships : Sales, Operations, IT and the Global Network Team.
This role may suit a recent graduate (or equivalent) from an IT or business related discipline or someone with a proven interest/experience of project management and business procedures commonly used in the commercial environment.  In addition, the Implementation Coordinator will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.  Along with some or all the following areas of expertise; Highly competent with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Experience of handling projects is desirable, including managing stakeholder updates and communications Interest in IT/technology Knowledge of medical and travel assistance is advantageous but not essential Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a high level of accuracy Ability to prioritise own workload and work effectively Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask About The Role Key activities/main duties of the Implementation Coordinator include but are not limited to: Coordinate client implementations from concept through to delivery, working with clients, internal and external third party suppliers and key stakeholders.
In liaison with Operations, Sales, IT and Finance oversee the on-boarding to ensure the delivery of services in a timely and successful manner.
Working with Healix IT to support the delivery of technical products, including but not limited to the Healix International Case Management System (HINT CMS), website, apps, portals and data integrations.
Working with the operational team to assist with the creation of processes and system development needs in line with requirements.
Assist with the day to day management of the HINT CMS, including but not limited to scheme creation, client contacts and employee permissions.
Assist with the development and day to day management of internal Standard Operating Procedures, including updates to client specific reference guides.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients in the UK and internationally across the Healix Group of Companies.  Act as an interface between the data and end user ensuring their requirements are being met via their bespoke CMS and where not resolving the situation.  Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring compliance to departmental and companywide policies.
