Implementation Consultant

Job Title: Implementation Consultant Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: £35-55k (based on experience) About the Role: I'm working with a leading pensions software company, based in Bristol, looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant.
The ideal candidate will have experience with defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension calculations, along with a strong background in implementing software solutions, ideally using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server or T-SQL.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to configure and deploy software, ensuring it meets their needs for pension scheme management.
Flexible hybrid working is available.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead software implementations, configuring solutions for DB and DC pensions schemes.
- Use SQL Server or T-SQL to configure, test, and validate software solutions.
- Work with clients to ensure software meets their requirements and is deployed smoothly.
- Provide post-implementation support and training.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Key Skills & Experience: - Strong experience with DB and DC pension calculations.
- Proven track record in software implementation, ideally using SQL Server or T-SQL.
- Experience with pensions software or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment.
