Job DescriptionThis role is a Senior Professional (PT) GradeYour role as Implementation Analyst.Creating a robust and effective process for the implementation and usage of tagging and data layer elementsDefining data layer requirements and working with developers to implement it across our digital estateImplementation, debugging and troubleshooting of analytics and marketing tagsOwn the data quality of tagging and data layer implementations to ensure robust and accurate business reporting and analysisDevelopment and maintenance of tagging best practicesCommunicating tracking requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupporting the delivery of the A/B and Multivariance Testing (MVT) roadmap aligned with business objectives to optimise landing pages and website conversion funnelsEnd-to-end delivery of AB testing process, including hypotheses creation, test implementation and post-test analysisBusiness partnering with digital product ownersLeading the relationship with a third party digital agencyWhat you'll need.....Experience working as an Analytics Implementation specialist, Digital Analyst, Web Analyst or Web DeveloperExperience working with Tag Management System, ideally Google Tag ManagerExperience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase or similarKnowledge of Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScriptExperience of Mobile App tracking and measurement would be an advantageHands on experience using A/B Testing tools (Optimizely or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex and technical concepts to non-specialists.Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.Strong experience in stakeholder management at various levels of the organisation#LI-AP1
