Imperial Recruitment Group are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with one of our high-profile clients to appoint an Engineering and Maintenance Manager on a permanent basis.
Job title: Engineering and Maintenance Salary: Competitive DOE + Car Allowance Location: Cumbria Type: Permanent Overview of the role: Reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
You will be a part of the site management team, the E&M Manager will provide, leadership & management of the FCHP CHP E&M philosophy, strategy, actions, results & compliance during all running states.
You will lead, direct, organise & manage the E&M Department, ensuring that personnel are fit for work, competent in completing their job role responsibilities and the requirements of company standards.
To be considered for the role you will have: Degree in an engineering discipline.
Experience managing a team.
E&M experience in a 24/7 process at department head level.
Fundamental knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical engineering compliance and legislation.
ATEX, DSEAR etc Plant SHE procedures and documentation including PTW systems, confined space entry requirements.
COMAH Awareness.
Working knowledge of Quality management systems.
