The IPD Impacting and Change team cover a broad portfolio of work across the tax treatment of Pensions, Charities, and Savings.
The team play a key role in the successful design and implementation of new policy and manage a range of business-as-usual systems and processes.

This means there is a need to be adaptable and a willingness to get involved in other subject areas both within the team and across the wider Individuals Policy Directorate.The role will also require some travel to other CS&TD locations.Person specificationRole Responsibilities:Design and Development of impacted IT productsCreation of standardised Guidance for usersDevelopment of online IT solutions and toolsDevelopment and implementing the internal operational processes for our Service Delivery, Risk and Compliance TeamsCreation of internal and external communications to raise awareness of changes prior to go-live, striving for early adoption mentalityWork with other teams in Pension, Charities and Savings and wider HMRC to ensure that the operational processes are implemented effectively and align with the existing business prioritiesEssential Criteria:Recent experience of considering the impacts of new policy on IT systems and processesRecent experience of implementing change in an operational environmentDesirable Criteria:Knowledge of Pensions, Charities and/or Savings processes and legislation.BehavioursWe'll assess you against these behaviours during the selection process: Delivering at Pace Changing and Improving BenefitsAlongside your salary of £36,320, HM Revenue and Customs contributes £10,521 towards you being a member of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.
