This position offers a new and exciting role in a leading specialist rape & sexual abuse support charity to support us in our mission to:
Support people subjected to sexual violence & abuse to thrive & enjoy a future of hope & confidence, and boldly stand with survivors & challenge victim blaming.
This role will also support our Head of Fundraising & Partnerships in data collection, monitoring, reporting & dissemination. This will directly support our organisation in funding applications, income generation & impact reporting.
Your role will directly contribute towards the sustainable running of our specialist services to support adults & children subjected to sexual violence & abuse.

We want to work together, engage & amplify survivors' voices throughout all our work.
General Responsibilities Liaising with a range of individuals, stakeholders & organisations both internally & externally Working closely with colleagues to improve operational practices & effectiveness Supporting with data collection, monitoring, reporting & dissemination Data Collection, Monitoring, Reporting & Dissemination Supporting our Head of Fundraising & Partnerships in the development and improvement of data, processes and tools Supporting our Head of Fundraising & Partnerships in data reporting for funding applications & income generation Gathering and analysing monthly data from our database (CIVI) Populating/inputting data into internal databases & documents Completing data audits Reporting/disseminating data & information to our team surrounding service provision & waiting times for support Communicating data & information to our clients surrounding service provision & waiting times for support Other Responsibilities To maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to the organisation To work within RSVP's framework for Equal Opportunities & Anti-Discriminatory Practice To work within RSVP's Policies & Procedures & demonstrate a commitment to the values & mission statement of RSVP To undertake projects/activities as required working across a range of functions within RSVP To undertake any other duties as required by RSVP This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check – application to DBS will only be submitted if offered the position.
