About Migrate UKEstablished in 2004, Migrate UK is a regulated immigration practice based in the idyllic rural business community of East Hendred, Oxfordshire.Job DescriptionTo provide UK immigration advice and case-working services to personal and business customers of Migrate UK.
To network and introduce new customers.
The ideal candidate will be expected to work from the office Tuesday to Thursday inclusive each week with flexible working hours.Key ActivitiesPoints Based System casework including GBM Senior or Specialist / Expansion / Secondment and Skilled Worker categories plus Innovator / Founder, Global Talent & High Potential IndividualsCompliance and Sponsor Management duties such as licence applications, SMS reporting, and client auditsProvision of strategic advice and right-to-work checksAssisting with individual immigration enquiries within the rules such as Family & Private Life cases, UK Ancestry, Visitors, ILR, and British nationalityDrafting representation letters, consulting, and liaising with clients via email, meetings, and telephone Business DevelopmentAttending networking events and increasing Migrate UK's contact databaseContacting potential and current customers to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and make them aware of our servicesSkillsGood planning, organisation skills, and excellent workload managementAbility to rapidly analyse, interpret and present data to support decision makingThe ability to multi-task and ensure accuracy and attention to detail which is key for this roleCompetenciesPassionate about customer care and making the company an industry leader in customer serviceHighly commercially awareGood listener; calm under pressureAwareness of the latest changes in immigration law and playing a role in helping Migrate to lead its industry sectorDynamic, with a proven ability to effectively plan and manage a varied, challenging workloadGood at building relationships and making things happen collaborativelyA team player who can also work effectively on their own with minimal supervisionA flexible outlook and 'can do attitudeExperience & QualificationsOISC Level 1 qualification or higherProven recent experience in a similar roleExperience in client account managementGood level of education with a passion for customer serviceGood Microsoft Office skillsSalaryFrom £36,000 + bonus based on experience
